Greenville’s Fourth of July celebrations, as is town tradition, started on July 3, with celebrations on the town field and a children’s bike parade, leading up to the midnight Pots and Pans Parade. Complete with floats, fire trucks from area towns, and people marching while banging the titular pots and pans, the parade was packed with onlookers celebrating America’s 250th birthday.
