A single-car rollover in New Ipswich Tuesday night closed Route 124 just east of Route 123 intersection. Police from Peterborough and Jaffrey assisted at the scene. New Ipswich Fire Chief Meredith Lund could not say whether there were passengers, nor give an update on any potential injuries.
Cars were diverted and drivers being instructed to take West Road to Temple and Route 31 South to get into downtown New Ipswich. The road reopened at 9:15 p.m.
