Weekly Tuesday night Community Suppers hosted by All Saints Episcopal Church will resume Tuesday, Sept. 2, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The meals are held in Reynolds Hall, 52 Concord St. (Route 202), across from the church building. The supper schedule follows the ConVal School District calendar.

Community suppers are free and open to all. The menu typically features two soupsโ€”one chicken and one vegetarian, with one gluten-free optionโ€”along with salad, bread, beverages and homemade dessert. Once a month, a non-soup meal is served, such as casseroles, stews or chili.

During the 2024-2025 school year, All Saints Church served 1,775 guests. About 40 volunteers from the parish help with Community Suppers , with many volunteers working every week.

“The entire operation, from grocery shopping to cooking to clean up and laundry is done by volunteers,” said coordinator Harriet DiCicco. “With rising food costs and cut backs on aid, we want to make sure that people do not go hungry.”
