No Tim, you are no Independent
“Yes, I am an Independent,” trumpets Tim Coffin in response to a letter written by a voter questioning his authenticity (followed by a stream of his signature babble and blather).
But, is he really?
Consider:
– On Citizens Count, he refused to answer all questions regarding his positions on the issues. All the other candidates did, but not Tim. When asked about that, he said he “didn’t want to get boxed in;”
– Large donations from well-heeled members of the Francestown Democratic Committee have been accepted by Tim Coffin and gone into his campaign coffers;
– 50 plus/minus Tim Coffin yard signs have gone up in a synchronized fashion coordinated by the FDC, all on Democrat-owned properties;
– When pressed at a recent Meet and Greet event if he would caucus with the Democrats, if elected to the state legislature, he finally answered in the affirmative; hence he will be 100% in lockstep with the left and wholeheartedly vote for the Democrat agenda, including tax increases and gun control laws.
I’m asking my fellow voters in Deering and Francestown to please let that sink in and apply the “Duck Test”, i.e., if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck … well, you get the picture.
