Misunderstanding from LTE
Kathy Allen wrote a letter to the editor that appeared in the Oct. 20 Ledger-Transcript. Some people assume I wrote the letter supporting Amanda Allen in the Nov. 3 election. I did not write that letter, and I support reelecting Peter Leischman and Jonah Wheeler to our New Hampshire State Legislature. People, including friends, like to call me Kathy; however, I go by Kath Allen.
I don’t want people to think I wrote this letter in support of Amanda’s write-in campaign. We have two strong, dedicated men who are serving us in the New Hampshire House. She lost the primary and the recount. Her group of supporters is choosing to push the write-in campaign and not recognize the election and recount losses. This is my letter letting voters know I did not write the support letter.
