The Monadnock Ledger-Transcript will host a community celebration recognizing applicants and recipients of its Preserving Our Region grant contest from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, in the 1833 Room of the Peterborough Town Library.
The contest awarded two $4,000 grants, funded by the Solutions Journalism Network’s Innovation Fund, to support local environmental initiatives.
The gathering will feature presentations highlighting the participating projects, followed by an informal question-and-answer session. Light refreshments will be served, and the event is free and open to the public.
