The Waterhouse restaurant in Peterborough recently presented a check for $1,837 to ConVal End 68 Hours of Hunger, a local program providing weekend food assistance to food-insecure children across the ConVal School District.
The funds were raised through the restaurant’s “Tuesdays Together” initiative, held throughout May and early June. As part of the campaign, Waterhouse set aside a portion of all sales every Tuesday to support the nonprofit’s ongoing efforts to fight childhood hunger in the community.
