The Jaffrey Public Library hosted wildlife educator Lydia Wagner of Wildlife Encounter Ecology and Wellness Center and some of her animal friends Friday afternoon.
Wagner showed off an Asian millipede, an alligator snapping turtle, an Argentine black-and-white tegu, a young American alligator, a black-throated monitor lizard and an African bullfrog.
Students learned some fun facts about each of their visitors and got the opportunity to touch some of the animals.
