The Monadnock Area Artists Association is accepting applications for exhibitors for its 68th annual Art in the Park outdoor art show.
The show will be held rain or shine Sept. 5 and 6 at Ashuelot River Park on West Street in Keene from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
Artists must be present at their booths during show hours and provide tents, weights, display systems and original artwork. Accepted media include water media, oil, pastel, charcoal, pen and ink, original printmaking, colored pencil, sculpture, mixed media, collage, photography and digital art. Cash prizes will be awarded in six categories. Nudes are not permitted under City of Keene regulations for Art in the Park.
Applications and requirements are available at www.monadnockareaartists.org. The application deadline is Aug. 15. Fees are $100 for MAAA members and $150 for nonmembers. Fees are nonrefundable.
