Cheshire Medical Center is encouraging Monadnock Region residents to participate in free CPR training sessions during National EMS Week as part of the statewide CPR Challenge.
The initiative brings together healthcare organizations, emergency responders and community partners to expand access to CPR education and equip more residents with lifesaving skills.
Training sessions will be offered at multiple locations throughout the greater Keene and Cheshire County region during EMS Week. Organizers hope broad participation will help more community members respond confidently during cardiac emergencies.
Local training opportunities include sessions at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, the YMCA, Home Depot, Target, Peteโs Stand in Walpole, the Marlow and Gilsum fire stations, and several other community locations from May 17 to 23.
Cheshire Medical Center encouraged residents to register early as organizers continue working with regional partners to expand training opportunities.
Community members can register for trainings and view additional participating locations through the statewide CPR Challenge website.
