Charges are expected following a single-vehicle crash on Fitzwilliam Road on Wednesday, according to police.
Officers responded around 1 p.m. to the intersection of Fitzwilliam Road and Scott Pond Road, where they found a vehicle blocking the southbound lane.
Police said a 2025 GMC Terrain, driven by George Minihan, 35, of Jaffrey, had left the roadway and struck a tree. Minihan and his two passengers, boys ages 7 and 4, were able to exit the vehicle and reported no injuries.
Police said driver inattention was the primary cause of the crash and that reckless operation charges are expected.
The vehicle was towed from the scene by Gauthierโs Auto.
