The Dublin Community Center will host its monthly Coffee House & Open Mic on Saturday, April 18, from 6 to 9 p.m. at DubHub, 1123 Main St.
The event includes coffee, snacks, a 60-minute featured performance and open mic slots before and after the set. Attendees may also bring their own beverages and dinner or snacks.
This month’s featured performer is singer-songwriter-guitarist Volkert Volkersz, who will present “something old, something new, from his albums and covers, too,” including songs from his recent albums “The Crooked Road Home” and “It’s Cocoa Time!”
Open mic reservations are available by emailing info@dublincommunitycenter.org, or attendees may sign up that evening if space is available.
A suggested donation of $5 or more will be accepted at the door to help offset costs. A hat also will be passed during the performance for contributions to the featured performer.
