The Hancock Woman’s Club is offering scholarship assistance to adult women in midcareer who live in or have worked in Hancock for at least two years.
The scholarships support women beginning, changing or returning to careers after time spent raising families or managing other responsibilities. Applicants must provide official confirmation of acceptance to or enrollment in a program at a college, university, technical or training school, continuing education program or apprenticeship.
Applications must be completed and submitted by March 12.
Scholarship funds come from an anonymous donor who founded the program, a donation honoring Caitlin Mullin, other private contributions and the club’s fundraising activities. Grove Street has invested the funds pro bono.
To request an application, email hancockwomansclub.nh@gmail.com or write the Hancock Woman’s Club, PO Box 366, Hancock, NH 03449.
