Franks, of New York City and Phoenix, Maryland, is managing partner, president and chief operating officer of Snowden Lane Partners, a wealth management firm overseeing $14 billion in client assets across 16 U.S. offices. He previously spent 28 years at Merrill Lynch in senior leadership roles. He earned a B.A. in marketing from Franklin Pierce.

Shea, of Jaffrey, is president, CEO and part-owner of Belletetes Inc., a retail building materials supplier headquartered in Jaffrey with 10 locations in New Hampshire and North Central Massachusetts. He has served in leadership roles with several regional organizations.

โ€œGreg and Mike each bring domain expertise that will diversify perspectives among our Trustees and accelerate the current Franklin Pierce effort to stabilize and strengthen in a challenging higher education industry,โ€ Eden said.

โ€œAs we continue to bring new voices to our Board, the addition of Greg and Mike is both timely and essential,โ€ said Chair of the Board of Trustees Steve Duprey. โ€œGrea’s financial expertise and Mike’s ties to the region and local business community will continue to enhance the Board’s strategic decision-making and the University’s student-centric mission, ensuring long-term growth and viability.โ€
