The Antrim Baptist Church Food Pantry and the Great Brook School chapter of the National Junior Honor Society partnered for a community service project on Friday, Jan. 31. Pantry coordinator Pamela Maki-Kallberg explained how the pantry operates and serves the community to the 21 NJHS members.

Following the overview, students completed a deep cleaning and reorganization of the pantry space, learning about the volume of food that moves through the pantry to support local residents. The pantry provides food to 60 to 70 families each week.
