The Antrim Recreation Department has launched a Before School Club for students in PreK4 through eighth grade.
The program runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 8:20 a.m. on days school is in session. Families may register for daily attendance or use the program on a drop-in basis. Mornings include themed activities combining quiet options and active games.
Planned activities for the week beginning Monday, Jan. 5, include paper airplane building, LEGO® challenges, dodgeball, smoothie and parfait making, basketball, hula hoops, and improv and theater stunts. A reduced drop-in rate is available for the first three visits.
The program is supported in part by a donation from the Keith M. Sullivan Foundation.
Two free open houses are scheduled Friday, Jan. 9, and Friday, Jan. 12, from 6:45 to 8:15 a.m. Preregistration is requested.
