Monadnock Community Hospital has received a 2025 Performance Leadership Award for Outcomes from The Chartis Center for Rural Health, a recognition connected to National Rural Health Day.
The national awards recognize rural hospitals performing in the top 75th percentile or above in quality, outcomes and patient perspective. They are based on the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance Index, a national framework used to measure and compare clinical outcomes, patient experience and key operational indicators.
