Douglas H. Baker

Boynton Beach, FL – Douglas H. Baker was a great man, husband, dad, grampa, great grampa who left this earth peacefully on November 22, 2025. My dad’s steadfast care and love resonated in our family, with his colleagues, friends, and neighbors.

In his younger years, my dad took care of the family market in New Ipswich after his dad passed. He then went on to be a successful vice president of a specialty food corporation in Massachusetts for many years before he retired. He bought his dream cottage on Squam Lake where he and my mom enjoyed a beautiful life. My dad found a lot of joy after his retirement working part time at the local Holderness, NH Post Office with his friend, Larry, for several years. He then purchased a home in Boynton Beach, Florida where he and my mom have lived since 2003. He is and will be missed by so many lives that he touched over the years. Thank you for being my dad.
