The 2025 Monadnock Clean Energy Fair will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Peterborough Elementary School, offering homeowners, renters, and families the chance to explore clean energy solutions.

Co-hosted by the Monadnock Sustainability Hub and the Peterborough Renewable Energy Project or PREP, the fair will feature exhibitors, workshops, live music, food trucks and childrenโ€™s activities. Energy experts and contractors will provide information on solar panels, heat pumps, weatherization and electrical upgrades.

For those considering electric vehicles, owners will be on hand to share their experiences. Two workshops are planned: โ€œWhatโ€™s Going on with Energy Incentivesโ€ at 10:30 a.m. and โ€œHome Energy Improvements 101โ€ at 12:30 p.m.

Sponsors include 603 Solar, ReVision Energy, Turn Cycle Solutions, Bergeron Mechanical Systems, and Unity Heat Pumps.

Community groups participating include Clean Energy NH, the Keene Clean Energy Team, and Heatsmart+ programs in Peterborough and Harrisville.

Family activities include face painting by Soul Blossom and programming by the Harris Center. Food will be available from Yalla and Salt & Lime food trucks, with music by No Planet B at 11:30 a.m. A bake sale by the Peterborough PTO will also support local students.
