The HeatSmart+ rebate program has raised its maximum rebate from $3,300 to $5,000 and expanded eligibility to all income levels for homeowners in Peterborough and Harrisville. Detached, single-family homes qualify.
Rebates can fully or partially fund the following: weatherization and energy audits; electric panel/wiring upgrades; electric or induction stoves; heat pump air-source A/C and heating; heat pump water heaters and heat pump clothes dryers.
