The Peterborough Town Library will host a Houseplant Swap on Friday, Sept. 19, from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 20, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 2 Concord St.
Community members are encouraged to bring healthy, pest-free houseplants — including potted plants, seedlings, cuttings or baby plants — as well as gently used plant pots or accessories. Donations will be accepted at the library’s Help Desk beginning Friday, Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. through noon on Saturday.
Donors are asked to label plants with their names and basic care instructions.
Everyone can take home a plant whether or not they bring one, but should take only what they will care for.
