The Greenfield Conservation Commission will host a free seminar, “The Roots of Success,” on Saturday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Stephenson Memorial Library, 761 Forest Road, in the Wensberg Room.

Jack Tobin, a plant health care professional, will present best practices for selecting, planting and caring for trees. Topics will include site selection, planting depth, mulching and the benefits of native species.
