Monadnock Underground will host an open mic Thursday, May 11, at 5:30p.m. in the 1833 Room of Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St. 

The open mic is open to writers of all ages and at all levels. New writers are especially encouraged to bring their work and experience sharing their writing live.

On May 23 at 6:30 p.m, Monadnock Underground will offer a poetry workshop at Peterborough Town Library. The focus of the workshop will be on poetry inspired by images. Attendees will explore several different ways of looking at images and using them as starting points for their own creativity.  Register for the workshop online at monadnockunderground.com/shop.
