Dublin Public Library, 1114 Main St., will celebrate 14 years of the Knit Knights with an exhibit of knits in the program room of the library’s lower level from May 6 through June 1, during library hours.
There will be an opening reception on Saturday, May 6, from 10 a.m. to noon. Refreshments will be served.
Sixteen women have met weekly over the past 14 years to knit together, learn from each other, discuss personal and world problems and forge lasting bonds of friendship. The group ranges from beginner knitters to expert artisans.
The exhibit will feature a variety of knits including toys, blankets, socks, mittens, sweaters, hats and whimsical items.
Library hours are Monday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 3 to 7 p.m., Wednesday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
