The Park Theatre in Jaffrey started its St. Patrick’s Day celebration Saturday with a parade down Main Street in the afternoon, and a performance by Celtic rock band Waking Finnegan at the Park Theatre in the evening.
The screening of the documentary “The Irish Pub,” originally scheduled for Tuesday, has been postponed to March 18, with showings at 1:30 and 7 p.m.
On Thursday, March 16, Park Theatre will be showing “The Quiet Man” with John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara at 1:30 and 7 p.m. On Friday, March 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., the theater will be hosting an Irish whiskey sampling, with music by John Brickley.
On Friday, March 17, at 7:30 p.m., Park Theatre will present Mike McDonald’s Boston Irish Comedy Night.
