A monthly program to recognize community service performed by the Conant High School Rotary Interactors kicked off Thursday, Dec. 1, at the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club breakfast meeting at Franklin Pierce University.
Ashlyn Askey, a 10th-grader from Rindge, together with her mother Rebecca Anne Askey, received a citation and token of appreciation with a gift certificate to Toadstool Bookstore from program assistant Ben Wheeler and Rotary President Peter Russell.
Ashlyn’s citation read, “On recognition of the recommendations of many, the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club wishes to publicly recognize, honor and commend Ashlyn Askey as Interactor of the Month for exemplary service to others.”
