Thank you to Melody Zahn Russell and her daughter Michelle for orchestrating a surprise celebration last Saturday marking 50 years of The Toadstool Bookshop in Peterborough. And thank you to the musicians Nat Backes, Esther Rhoades, Chas Beaulieu, Eric Blackmer, Dave Duhon, Jim Giddings, Leslie Vogel and Eve Pierce who provided wonderful music throughout the day.
And a very grateful thank you to all those who came. Without your support, we would have never lasted 50 years. We plan to be sure the bookstore will deserve your support for another 50 years.
