The Jaffrey Woman’s Club is offering a second Adult Continuing Education Scholarship this year, since the scholarship was on a forced hiatus due to pandemic restrictions the last few years. The scholarship will be awarded for the fall semester.
Applications for the fall semester are available at the Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce, Jaffrey Public Library, on the club’s website at jaffreywomansclub.org or may be requested via email to jaffreywomansclub@gmail.com.
The $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a Jaffrey woman to further her education after a hiatus from school. She may be changing her degree, furthering her education or pursuing her first degree since high school. Applicants must be enrolled in a program of study to qualify and need to submit proof such as a transcript or letter from the school.
Applications are due Nov. 15.
