The Dublin Community Center, 1123 Main St. in Dublin, presents the “Unhung Heroes” art show and silent action, beginning with an opening reception Friday, Oct. 7, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Three Dublin art collectors have run out of wall space and are offering some of their surplus pieces to benefit the Dublin Community Center. This show will feature paintings in both the North Room and South Room galleries of the DubHub. Styles range from traditional to contemporary.

The sale will be run as a silent auction, beginning with the opening and ending at noon on Saturday, Oct. 22. The DubHub is open to the public during coffee and conversation sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon, and during special events. Check the calendar at dublincommunitycenter.org.
