Wilton, Temple and New Ipswich are beautiful towns, and the people who live there care about their communities. However, there is a divisiveness that is trickling down to rural areas, and it is not helping us connect with each other to create better lives where we live.

I am running for the New Hampshire State Legislature in District 32, which includes Wilton, Temple and New Ipswich, and I am hopeful that I can help restore some balance and civility to the way we conduct our state government. I’ve been knocking on doors in all three of these communities, and I wish I could visit every home in the district before Nov. 8. I’ve heard some compelling stories from Democrats, Republicans and independents, and I’m learning that we share many of the same hopes and dreams.

On Nov. 8, we can do our part to turn this divisiveness around.
