Vere Hill, whose impromptu performance of “Tennessee Whiskey” during a street performer’s video in Sarasota, Fla., has received more than 18 million hits on YouTube, will perform Saturday, Sept. 3, at 7:30 p.m. at The Park Theatre, 19 Main St. in Jaffrey
Hill plays various types of music, including reggae, pop, rock, R&B and blues. He ventured from St. Maarten to the Dutch Caribbean island Curacao, then to Hampton, Va. and now Peterborough. He plays more than 300 shows a year in New England and beyond.
Tickets are $15, and can be purchased online, by calling the box office at 603-532-8888 or at the door. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with Bernie & Louise playing in the lounge with free admission until Hill’s concert starts at 7:30 p.m.
