Harris Center for Conservation Education, 83 King’s Highway in Hancock, will host “Refresh, Relax, Reimagine” — a professional retreat for pre-K through fifth-grade teachers focused on developing and deepening nature-based teaching skills — Aug. 9 to 11.

During three days of fresh-air exploration, Harris Center staff and participating teachers will investigate nature and make plans for beginning the school year with nature as a teaching partner. From October to May, the group will meet monthly via Zoom to solve problems and share seasonal resources as a supportive learning community. Registration is open through June 17 at harriscenter.org/professional-development.
