I tried out the new electric car-charging station on Riverwalk in Peterborough and didn’t succeed. Turns out you are required to have a cellphone to use it, which I don’t have. Thanks a lot, Peterborough. In Winchendon, they use ChargePoint, which issues an RF card, and it works fine.
