The lobby of the new Park Theatre at 19 Main St. in Jaffrey was dedicated in honor of Caroline Krause Hollister, the nonprofit’s board president from 2005 through 2021, during the celebration of the theater’s 100th anniversary May 1.

Hollister spearheaded the drive to get Jaffrey’s 1922 theater rebuilt from the ground up as a state-of-the-art performing arts center, which opened Aug. 5, 2021. A plaque naming the lobby in Hollister’s honor was revealed to the party’s guests by the current board president, Nancy Belletete.

Other dedications included the naming of the box office for the family of Lynne and Steve Dodge, the projection room for Tuesday and Dennis Wright and the restoration of the art deco sconces in the Eppes Auditorium for Grove Street Fiduciary in Peterborough.
