Jaffrey Police Lt. Jeremy LeBlanc will give a presentation on scams and fraud Tuesday, May 24, from 11 a.m. to noon at Jaffrey Civic Center, 40 Main St. LeBlanc will be sharing information on how to avoid falling victim to scams and fraud and what people should do if they believe they are a victim of fraudulent action.
