The Jaffrey-Rindge MLK Jr. Committee’s community donation drive for Afghan evacuees in New Hampshire is in full swing and will be open until Saturday, Dec. 18. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far.
Items may be dropped off at the three following locations: Tieger Realty Co., 25 Turnpike Road, Jaffrey, through Dec. 18, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Rindge Recreation Department, 283 Wellington Road, Rindge, through Dec. 17, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m; and Conant High School (for sau47 school district families only), 3 Conant Way, Jaffrey, through Dec. 17 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and will make a huge difference in the lives of the evacuees arriving in New Hampshire this holiday season. Please continue to spread the word about the drive in our community.
