Ingalls Memorial Library in Rindge recently received an $8,654 grant from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation for the purchase of AWE Platinum All-in-One Learning Stations for the Children’s Room at the library, as well as online access that families can use at home.
The grant will help further the library’s mission of providing access to information to all members of the community in order to improve their lives intellectually, socially, culturally and vocationally. This grant was made possible by gifts from the Bernice Clay Fund for Lifelong Learning.
“The mission of AWE Learning is to inspire an enthusiasm for learning by supporting school readiness and literacy in the community,” stated Library Director Donna Straitiff. “This mission complements the library’s mission perfectly. This wonderful opportunity will help us achieve our goals.”
