The Greater Monadnock Public Health Network and Monadnock Community Hospital would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all the community members who attended the COVID-19 vaccination clinic in New Ipswich Saturday, Nov. 20.
We administered 235 vaccines and many folks had a long wait and demonstrated patience and kindness. All of our clinics are run with a majority-volunteer staff, and it always brings a smile to their faces when community members are grateful for their dedication, expertise and selflessness. Vaccines for children add a layer of complexity, and we are thankful for everyone’s patience as we provided each child with the amount of time and attention they needed.
Everyone we interacted with was kind, compassionate and understanding of the heavy lift our volunteers continue to pull off after almost a year of COVID-19 vaccination clinics. We know COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective, and we appreciate everyone doing their part to keep our community healthy.
