“Keep Peterborough Warm” is a town-administered program to benefit middle-income families who don’t qualify for state fuel assistance programs but still find it challenging to afford to heat their homes.

The program is 100% funded by donations and charitable grants. Those who qualify may receive up to $1,000 in fuel assistance annually, and funds are sent directly to the fuel provider.  Applicants must meet the program’s household financial criteria and manage their own heating bills (which may disqualify some renters). Applications are available in the town offices or can be emailed upon request. Call 603-924-8000, Ext. 101, for information. To donate, send a check to the administration office made out to the Town of Peterborough with “KPW Donation” in the memo line.
