The New Ipswich Parks and Recreation department is hosting a town-wide yard sale next Saturday, June 26, open to all in town with items to sell.
Enrollment for the event closes on June 20. People can sign up online at the department’s website, and register to either set up at the town field or have their address added to the yard sale’s map. The cost to enroll is $10 for the town field option, and $5 for the latter.
Those selling at the town field will be allotted a 10 foot by 10 foot area to present items to sell. Sellers are free to set up their own table, or use one provided by the town for an additional fee.
Set up at the field is set to begin at 8 a.m. A map with listed vendors will be made available to buyers by 8:45 a.m.
“The town wide yard sale is a great way to sell your gently used unwanted items or find some great treasures for the bargain hunter,” the event’s announcement said. “Get started on your spring cleaning and make some extra cash by selling your overflow!”
Maximum enrollment is set at 100 sellers. The final day to enroll is June 20. For more information, visit the New Ipswich Parks and Rec department website.
