During its first in-person meeting since the start of the pandemic, the Wilton Planning Board continued several subdivision plans until its July meeting, with little or no discussion.
Among the six cases discussed Wednesday at the WLC Middle/High School cafeteria, three include subdivisions, with two being subdivisions into multiple lots for development.
The largest subdivision plan currently before the board is an application by Glendale Homes, on behalf of Roger Chappell.
The application seeks to create a 22-lot subdivision in a cluster development off of Route 101, between Proctor Road and Intervale Road, including 20 residential lots and two open-space lots.
The newly created residential lots would be on land ranging from .2 acres to just over 1 acre, leaving about 16 acres of combined open land.
A separate subdivision case, this one proposing a nine-lot development, was also continued Thursday, at the developer’s request.
The application, filed by Aria Hill and Talisman Properties, seeks to take a 37-acre property and divide it into a 9-lot cluster development. The lots range in size from just under an acre, to up to 7 acres, with 20 acres of common land, and would be located on the North side of McGettigan Road, abutting the town of Milford.
The board also looked at an application by Arthur Siciliano on behalf of Buchanan Construction Corporation, for a two-lot subdivision off Pine Valley Street.
The applicant requested several waivers from the Planning Board, which were voted on and granted on Wednesday, before the board continued the case as the main applicant was not able to attend to further discuss the proposal.
The Planning Board is next scheduled to meet on July 21.
