Greenfield has scheduled its in-person Town Meeting for Saturday, May 1, outdoors at Oak Park.
The town budget remained in draft form as of last Tuesday, Town Administrator Aaron Patt said.
The town continues to meet the deadlines and requirements that would allow a broadband internet bond to get on the warrant for voting this year. To that extent, the Select Board is holding two virtual public benefit hearings and a broadband bond hearing to discuss the proposed broadband internet project that would install fiber internet throughout the town. The public benefit hearing and information sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 31 at 2 p.m., and the broadband bond hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 3.
