Two Jaffrey residents were hospitalized after a crash on Route 101 in Temple on Saturday afternoon. A 2010 Chrysler operated by Jonathan Cox, 29, was traveling eastbound on the highway around 2:45 p.m., Greenville Temple Police Chief Jim McTague said, when it crossed into the westbound lane, left the road, hit several trees and went over the embankment. The reason for the crash is unknown, he said. Cox and his passenger, Jaffrey resident Destiny Dellasanta, were both taken to Catholic Medical Center in Manchester with non-life threatening injuries, he said. The car was towed.
