Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 101 and 123 at 10:49 a.m. on Wednesday.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage and travel was reduced to a single lane on Route 101 for an hour.
Police Chief Scott Guinard said a 2013 Toyota Rav4 operated by Oanh Vu, 30, from Dorchester, Massachusetts initiated a left turn onto Route 123 from the westbound lane of 101 and collided with a 2011 Toyota Corolla operated by Peterborough resident Jennifer Rothberg, 32, who had been traveling eastbound on Route 101.
Vu and an adult female passenger were uninjured. Rothberg and her two child passengers went to Monadnock Community Hospital to be checked for minor injuries. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
