U.S. Sen. and Democratic Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders (D-VT) will make a campaign stop in Peterborough on Monday, Sept. 2, part of a three-day swing through New Hampshire and Maine.
Sanders will host an ice cream social and town hall at Putnam Park at 3 p.m. with Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, founders of Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream. Doors open at 2 p.m.

Prior to his stop in Peterborough, Sanders will march in the Milford Labor Day Parade at 12:30 p.m. Sanders will also host events in Raymond, Claremont, Dover, Epsom, and Nashua during his time in New Hampshire.
