To the editor:
Thank God the governor has some real common sense with regard to his recent vetos.
First, the waiting period: been there done that, didnt work (Brady Bill).
Second, background checks: every purchase from a licensed dealer already requires them. Some purchases even require more than one (NFA items).
Finnaly, banned locations: virtually every mass shooting Dems try to use in their arguments has occurred in places where guns are not allowed.
The only people that would have obeyed any of these are people we don’t have to worry about … stop trying to punish the masses who committed no evils for the insane actions of a person who did.
