To the editor:
An idea for the Peterborough Planning Board: Such a short time ago, one could take advantage of the “drive-through window” at the bank branch on the corner of Routes 202 and 101 to do banking.Today, it is a Dunkin’ Donuts. There is no drive-through allowed.
Perhaps the zoning might be amended to allow the drive-through for our handicapped, our parents with newborns, our veterans and even our senior citizens. Just might reduce bone fractures from slipping on the ice. Just might make an ordinary day more pleasant in getting a cup of coffee without the ordeal of parking and potentially falling on ice and snow.
