A Dublin man facing federal drug charges will have his trial continued for the fourth time since May, as he is still on a waiting list for a treatment program.

Jesse E. Dennis, 31, was due to stand trial on Dec. 13, but it has now been rescheduled for the two-week period beginning on March 21, 2017.

His attorney, Jeffrey Levin, asked for the date to be continued for 60 days so that Dennis can enter a Therapeutic Community Program at the Strafford County House of Corrections.

Dennis was arraigned on April 25 on two charges – attempt to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of materials to manufacture methamphetamine – after Keene police arrested him in the Walmart parking lot on Jan. 13. Dennis allegedly had all the materials to make methamphetamine inside his vehicle.
