The Greenfield Historical Society will host an old-fashioned Christmas celebration on Sunday, Dec. 4 from 1-4 p.m. There will be vintage Christmas ornaments and decorations on display, a gingerbread house contest, lots of raffles and a bake sale. Entry forms for the gingerbread house contest may be picked up at The Harvest Market in town. Houses should be brought to the Museum between 8 a.m. and noon and will be judged by “People’s Choice.” There are categories for children and adults.
Available for sale will be vintage ornaments, post cards, memorabilia, and honey. Beautiful sun catchers in blue or green, depicting the Museum, will also be available. In addition, there will be a craft corner where you can make your own ornament/decoration.
Light refreshments will be served.
