The cabaret group “Complicated People” will be featured at the Parish Hall Open Stage on Friday, Nov. 4, at 8:30 p.m.
Complicated People is an ensemble of singers and musicians, all who have been very active in local musical theater, including singers Mary Armstrong, Elizabeth Nieckoski, Chris McCartie, Mia Moravis, and Eleanor Martin.
They will be accompanied by Michael Cohen, guitar, Michael Nieckoski, guitar and percussion, Steve Armstrong, bass, Steve Bourque, drums and percussion, and the Fireside Winds: Julie Armstrong, flute, Sue Henkel, oboe, and Mary Seaver, clarinet.
The ensemble will perform songs by local composer-lyricist Michael Cohen.
Before and after the feature act, local open stage performers from the Monadnock region will entertain the audience with a variety of acoustic music, spoken word, and comedy acts.

Admission is $5.
The open mic, which runs from 7:30 to 10 p.m., takes place in the parish hall at the Unitarian Universalist Church.
